A Thankful Heart

It's my new habit. I'm talking about finding the good in every circumstance. We all do it....focus on the negatives and let them pull us down. At times we may not even see any positives in our situation, but I've learned, God always gives blessings even though they may not be readily seen.

This blog is my new journey. It's my commitment to share blessings, smiles, and overflowing joy-- no matter how big or how small. 

Sometimes, when we set our sights on what is most important to us-- we fail to see all the small positives along the way. My daily mission is to create a bouquet of blessings. After all, one of life's greatest gifts is gratitude. Will you stop and be thankful with me?

Today-- I start with the beauty all around me. Today-- I am stopping to look around. Today-- I am stopping to have a thankful heart. Whether its the hills, the lakes, the sky, the beautiful tulips coming up in your backyard --HE created it all.

    Congrats on the new blog. I am excited for you that you are doing this--I have found blogging to be a great outlet in my life for many things.

    I want you to know that I admire your strength, your creativity, and your tenacity. You are a beautiful person, inside and out, and I am glad to have crossed paths with you in my life.
